In case of there are missing seismic line tapes within your seismic data, and you only have this data on hardcopies plots, it is not a problem any more!!.

Data Science has a complete solution for such problem. We work on scanned images of this hardcopy, accurately digitize each trace in the seismic section and output the results in industry standard SEG-Y format - ready for workstation loading or further processing.

We work in stages and each stage is effectively quality controlled (on-screen) separately for maximizing productive throughput, to get finally the output standard SEG-Y file.

Here, we have various option, these include peak tracking together with clipped peak interpolation and trough tracking. If there are no troughs displayed then these can be interpolated. The final digitally sampled traces are written to a "raw" SEG-Y format disk file. The original CMP/SP numbers are written into the trace headers.
