Storage Condition

All tapes and support seismic data shall be stored in a professional manner with the following particular conditions:

• All types of tapes will be racked.
• 9-track tapes will be kept in a vertical position.
• Acceptable Temperature & Humidity.
• Proper air-conditioned climate will be existed.
• Tapes will be protected from light and dust.
• Fire alarm system with appropriate fire fighting equipment is available 24 hours.
• Rewinding and retention for the tapes every six months.

The space is provided with instruments for Temperature, relative Humidity measurement, and a very high confidentiality & security system.

Scope of Work

This service comprises storing services for the following items:

• Storage of 9 track tapes.
• Storage of Seismic tapes 3480, 3490, 3490E, 3590, 3590E and DLT Cartridge.
• Storage of 8mm and 4 mm tapes.
• Support Data: box of various support seismic data (seismic processing reports & well logs etc…)

Data Retrieval

Our professional system for tape storage will include the following items:

• Database indexing for stored tapes.
• Data retrieve according to archiving system.
• Inventory will be updated every three months.

Pick-up and delivery of material to the company or any third party upon company’s instructions locally.
